All products sold by Timber Queensland Limited are shipped by Australia Post.
Timber Queensland accepts payment by the following methods: cash, EFTPOS, cheque, money-order, and credit card (Visa and Mastercard only).
A flat rate of $8.00 for postage and handling is charged per order, for deliveries anywhere in Australia. For deliveries outside of Australia, please contact us prior to making a purchase, on firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then calculate a specific delivery cost based on your country of residence.
Delivery can be expected to most major Australian cities within four working days (rural areas may take slightly longer). If for any reason we cannot fill your order, we will contact you within two working days (it is essential to include a contact number or email address when filling out the order form). A full refund will be actioned to your credit card, if the product cannot be made available to you.
We do not accept goods for refund or return except in the case of defective goods. If you do find your goods defective, please phone or email us prior to despatch. No refund requests will be approved until the product has been returned to us for inspection, and the defect verified. The products must be returned to us at your cost.
All transactions are in Australian Dollars.
